Farhan is a Senior Consultant with 7 years of experience in the field of International Development especially in Communications, Program Coordination and Economic Development (PSD, M4P).
Earlier in his career, he was involved for almost 8 years working at Aventis, Bank Asia, British American Tobacco, bracNet and STEERWEB in several areas of Business and ICT leadership positions.He was formally awarded by the former President of Bangladesh for his zealous facilitation in establishing service automation at local municipalities to ensure Good Governance.
During his undergraduate, he remained involved with the world’s largest non profit and voluntary student organization AIESEC, as Vice President of the Bangladesh chapter for Youth Development. He worked for UNICEF and ICC as a Volunteer during his early career. He is also the Founder of a private philanthropic initiative JIBIKA Foundation (www.jibika.foundation) that addresses poverty and livelihood issues for Women, Children and Old aged people.
Mr. Enam possess an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London and an MBA from North South University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is a Bangladeshi National and has international training experience in India, Philippines, Thailand and United Kingdom.

She has a firsthand experience in the area of market analysis, intervention design, formulation and implementation with private and public market actors. She has supervised numerous researches including baselines which were qualitative and quantitative in nature. She has served as Key finance personnel in various INGOs and international development organisations and her expertise lies in Donor reporting, managing budgets, Grant management ,financial policy drafting and capacity building on forecasting and reporting.
She was lastly employed at save the children UK as a lead Finance business partner with a large portfolio, overseeing budget implementation in Latin America, Caribbean, Middle East and Southern Africa programmes.
She has managed Country office budgets of £21M and also supervised various countries’ annual budgets from the head office in UK.
