Bangladesh records nearly 60,000 patients hospitalized for dengue so far in 2019. Most of the patients are children of poor families from rural and semi urban areas. Many parents cannot afford proper hospital beds, food and medicines for treatment. We want to donate a small amount to help the poorest of these poor children to continue their treatment and fight death to the best possible capacity.
JIBIKA wants to donate Taka 10,000 to 30 patients each as a small contribution in facet of such epidemics.

Her father Mr. Dewan, who was also a beneficiary of JIBIKA, passed away on account of bone cancer two months back. She is a student of Play Group at Deen Kindergarten International. Her roll number is 12. Manha receives treatment in Calcutta every three months and requires 100,000 taka in each visit. Her mother, a bereaved widow, is helpless and finding it really difficult to continue her treatment. Nevertheless, Manha has no uncle, grandfather or siblings to look after her. JIBIKA aims to establish Health Centers in remote villages of Bangladesh where healthcare is absent or difficult to access. The center initially will have a doctor sitting once a week and giving treatment for free or subsidized cost depending on the nature of medication. We shall seek some donations to accumulate a seed fund to bear the expenses of the doctors and basic medicine for infants and children. Donation line is LIVE in our website.
